No. LATITUD is a private concierge, not a reseller. We don't sell packaged tours or push preferred properties every itinerary is designed from scratch, and for Stay we coordinate relocations alongside licensed local professionals.
Play planning follows the transparent per-guest fees on our home page — you'll get an exact quote after your discovery call. Stay engagements are scoped and quoted individually. Returning clients and members enjoy reduced fees.
No. LATITUD is not a law, tax, or financial firm. All legal, immigration, tax, and investment advice is provided by our vetted, licensed partners in each country — we make the introductions and coordinate the process.
For Play, four to eight weeks is ideal for full custom planning; we accept shorter windows for a rush fee. For Stay, most clients begin the conversation six to twelve months before a move — earlier is always better.
Panama is now open — for Play and for Stay. Costa Rica, Portugal, and Mexico are on the horizon and can already be included in a Stay strategy conversation. We open new countries only when our on-the-ground network is deep enough to deliver at standard.
No. Every LATITUD service is available without a membership. Membership is for clients who want ongoing access, member rates, priority booking, and a community of like-minded people around them.
